My blog experince was not a good one. The reason it was not good was my fault entirely. I failed to accomplish the goal of the assignment. I found myself doing the first blog and forgetting to continue with others each week. Most weeks it was because I ginuinely forgot to do it, but there were a couple in whcih I was lazy and did not try my best to complete the assignment.

In looking at other blogs I see that if I had done my blogs, I would have gotten feedback about what I was blogging about. I saw others who had done their blogs and it made me feel unacomplishes. I see that I could have interacted with others about their blogs. I regret not trying my hardest in completing the assignment. Not only for the grade in whcih I will get for the assignment, but also for the knowledge that I missed out on.

If I were to go back and do the assignment again, I would designate a certain time each week to write my blog so that I wouldn't fall behind and end up having little of the assignment finished. Now that I look back at what I should have done, it has certainly taught me a lesson (the hard way) about staying with an assignment.

2. First Blog In Forever

Yes it is true, this is only my second blog. I have been so caught up in everything that blogging is the last thing I think about. Football is finally over so i find that I have alot more time to take care of my schoolwork. Football was great, but it just took up every bit of my time.

The reason that I have not done a blog in a looong time is simple. I have been stupid and lazy! when I was playing football earlier in the semster I found myself putting off some of my schoolwork. I would think that I would just make it up later and I would just forget about it. About four weeks later, I realized that I had not done a blog in a long time. Again I said to myself that I would just take a day and make it up. Another few weeks went by and still no more blogs. Yes, I know it was stupid.

Now I realize that I have to try and do it so that I don't fail the class. I have done well in the other parts of the class such as the essays and the discussions in class, but the blogging assignment is not acceptable. I see now that I just have to set a time and just get it done so from now on I have set a time in the day to work on my blogs.

Hello fellow bloggers. My name is Murray Poole. I am a freshman at Mississippi College. I am from Memphis, TN (Go Tigers!). I went to Briarcrest Christian High School. It is a Baptist based school somewhat like Mississippi College, so in some ways I feel like I am at the college version of my high school. I guess that would be one of the reasons I like Mississippi College.

My teacher has asked me to think about and write about why i have come to Mississippi College. As I thought about why I ended up at Mississippi College, I realized that when I first made the decision to come here I still was unsure that it was the right decision. My Senior High Youth Leader came here and he is the one who first introduced me to MC. I am a sports fanatic, mainly focused on football. To tell you the truth, football is one of the main reasons I chose MC. I am a running back for the football team and so far I have loved every minute of it. Though the football program is one of the main reasons that I chose MC, I still understand that the main reason for choosing any school is education.

As for my major, I still am not sure. At the moment I am majoring in Business only because I know that is an option for me. Another Major I am cosidering is Physical Therapy. Again because of my love of sports, I think that I would have a great time being a Physical Therapist or trainer for a Division 1 sports team. Not only would I do this simply to be around sports my whole life, but to know how the human body works and to know what steps to take when something goes wrong. I love learning about how God has created the complex human body.

I am having a great time meeting new people and learning the ways of college life. While I still am unsure if this is truly the place that I want to be the next four years, I know that God has a plan for me and will lead me where I need to go.
